Location: London / Maidenhead / Reading area, UK
Salary: £45,000 base annually; expected OTE £100,000 (uncapped commission)

What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate and convert new opportunities.
- Prospect daily and run constant outbound outreach via phone, email, social, and in-person networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle: pipeline development, discovery, solution presentation with a technical engineer, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and expand recurring revenue opportunities.
- Represent at trade shows, conferences, and industry events; share market feedback with sales leadership and marketing.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident and able to build trust quickly.
- Proven ability to maintain and grow relationships (ideally in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-focused roles).
- Comfort managing a pipeline, consistent follow-ups, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-driven with a strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure.
- Willingness to work in an office-based role in the London / Maidenhead / Reading area.
- Ability and willingness to travel, including a two-week onboarding program at ’s Headquarters in Orlando, Florida.
