Location: Must be based onsite in Mossville, Illinois, USA

Salary: $112,710 – $169,060

What you will do

• Design complex engine systems including requirements definition, concept development, and detailed design work.
• Own the complete engine system bill of material and ensure alignment with functional requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and software.
• Manage engine projects from concept through to certified production.
• Perform continuous product improvement, technical problem solving, and project timeline management.

Requirements

• Engineering degree from an accredited university required (Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering preferred).
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong foundation in general engineering principles and system-level requirements.
• Proven experience in test and development environments, including building and troubleshooting systems.
• Proficiency in Pro/Engineer Creo for concept modeling.
