What you will do

• Drive business-critical projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and dependencies.
• Partner with IT, Finance, and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable project plans.
• Lead the IT General Controls (ITGC) program to ensure audit readiness and operational compliance.
• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain initiative momentum in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver clear, concise updates to senior leadership and drive alignment on project outcomes.
• Implement improvements to project delivery governance and cross-functional collaboration practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-level initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong experience with IT enterprise and financial systems (e.g., ERP, ITGC).
• Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with ITGC, audit, or compliance-related programs.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Salesforce, and Excel.
• Background in high-growth or scaling organizations.
