Implementation Consultant

TL;DR

Implementation Consultant (Software Implementation): Supporting SMB and enterprise implementations across Trakstar Perform, Learn, and Hire by translating client business needs into platform functional areas with an accent on solution architecture, large-scale data validation, and end-to-end implementation discovery, setup, and configuration. Focus on leading client discovery and UAT support while coordinating internal teams to resolve enhancements, bugs, and support requests.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $50,000-55,000 annually (USD)

What you will do

• Consult with clients during the software implementation phase to map business needs to platform functional areas.
• Lead technical solution architecture for mid-sized and enterprise accounts.
• Validate and organize large sets of data for implementations.
• Drive implementation discovery, setup, and configuration of Trakstar products.
• Coordinate with internal teams to report and resolve product enhancements, bugs, and support requests during the implementation lifecycle.
• Support weekly client meetings and assist in UAT for product releases; contribute to internal documentation and colleague training.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience implementing software in a professional services organization.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Project management experience.
