What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for top accounts to ensure a seamless post-implementation experience.
  • Partner with Strategic Account Managers to identify optimization opportunities and drive product adoption and expansion.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, Product, and Engineering to manage technical escalations and resolve complex issues.
  • Advise customers on configuration, API usage, and integration best practices.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on strategic goals and review outcomes.
  • Document recurring technical issues to improve internal playbooks and operational processes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing SaaS role (e.g., TAM, CSM, or Solutions Engineer).
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Deep technical understanding of SaaS products, APIs, and integrations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset to track performance, identify trends, and inform strategy.

Nice to have

  • Experience in appointment-based or service-industry software.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and Slack.
