What you will do

• Own assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Step in to execute tasks directly, filling gaps in documentation, reporting, or system setup.
• Coordinate communication across cross-functional teams, including technology and development.
• Document and improve internal processes and SOPs to increase organizational efficiency.
• Support technical implementations, testing, and rollout activities.
• Track KPIs and assist with administrative operations and policy implementation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like Asana.
• Agreement with the organization's Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct.
• Commitment to a biblical, evangelical lifestyle and 100% pro-life alignment.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
