What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives across engineering domains.
• Drive alignment on business outcomes, scope, sequencing, risks, dependencies, ownership, and success measures across multiple teams.
• Translate ambiguous goals into clear execution plans, operating rhythms, decision points, and accountability structures.
• Act as a strategic delivery leader by surfacing gaps, challenging weak assumptions, and escalating with recommendations.
• Provide concise, leadership-ready updates focused on progress, risks, changes, decisions needed, and recommended actions.
• Explore and scale AI-enabled tools and practices to improve planning, reporting, dependency analysis, risk detection, and decision support.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience leading medium to large technical projects or programs in cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, or engineering-focused environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira Cloud, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence, and Asana.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional work across multiple engineering teams with differing priorities and delivery styles.
• Strong technical fluency and systems thinking, including understanding architecture-level concepts, technical dependencies, and engineering tradeoffs.
• Clear understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, and observability, with ability to apply this context to planning and delivery decisions.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and engineering workflow tooling for planning, execution tracking, issue management, and cross-team coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP-based environments.
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams across regions and time zones.
• Experience supporting engineering efficiency, platform automation, cost optimization, or operational improvement initiatives.
• Project/program management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, or equivalent Agile credentials).
• Experience using AI tools for planning, communication synthesis, reporting, risk identification, dependency analysis, or workflow automation.
