What you will do
- Lead high-impact client engagements at the executive level, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders.
- Advise on workforce and business transformation, including operating model and organization design.
- Independently generate client billing and originate new business through an established professional network.
- Design and execute digitally enabled transformation programs leveraging AI, data analytics, and cloud platforms.
- Attract, mentor, and develop top consulting talent with a focus on executive readiness.
- Contribute to the firm's go-to-market strategy and collaborate across international hubs.
Requirements
- 15+ years of senior-level experience in management consulting, organization design, and AI transformation.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-function transformation programs with measurable impact.
- Demonstrated ability to win engagements and manage C-suite relationships.
- Strong background in AI-enabled digital transformations, data strategy, and automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Must not require visa sponsorship (H1-B, F-1/OPT, TN, etc.) now or in the future.
