What you will do

• Collaborate with leadership to establish and execute the global OCM vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Design and scale a repeatable global OCM operating model, including standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Serve as a trusted executive advisor to senior client leaders (CEOs, CIOs, COOs) for enterprise-scale transformations.
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to expand OCM revenue and market presence globally.
• Oversee high-quality delivery across OCM engagements, ensuring clear metrics and measurable client outcomes.
• Develop a recruiting and talent roadmap to enable OCM growth across key opportunity areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in OCM, transformation leadership, or consulting roles.
• Demonstrated experience building, scaling, and leading an OCM practice.
• Proven success advising senior executives in large, complex organizations.
• Industry certifications such as Prosci, Agile, or equivalent.
• Must be based in the US (Houston, TX or Overland Park, KS); no visa sponsorship available.
