What you will do
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and execute the global OCM vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Design and scale a repeatable global OCM operating model, including standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Serve as a trusted executive advisor to senior client leaders (CEOs, CIOs, COOs) for enterprise-scale transformations.
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to expand OCM revenue and market presence globally.
- Oversee high-quality delivery across OCM engagements, ensuring clear metrics and measurable client outcomes.
- Develop a recruiting and talent roadmap to enable OCM growth across key opportunity areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in OCM, transformation leadership, or consulting roles.
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, and leading an OCM practice.
- Proven success advising senior executives in large, complex organizations.
- Industry certifications such as Prosci, Agile, or equivalent.
- Must be based in the US (Houston, TX or Overland Park, KS); no visa sponsorship available.

- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent).
- Experience in asset-intensive, regulated, or infrastructure-focused industries.
- Domain expertise in energy and water infrastructure.
- Experience operating in global, matrixed consulting or professional services environments.
