What you will do

• Own and manage the global Workday environment for the Perseus Division within a shared tenant.
• Lead strategic planning and governance to align HR technology with division priorities and global compliance.
• Oversee configuration, integrations, and technical execution for HCM modules.
• Maintain HR data integrity through regular system audits and reconciliation across functional areas.
• Partner with Payroll and IT teams to ensure accurate data feeds and resolve integration risks.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive the Workday roadmap for upcoming releases and analytics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HR technology leadership within multinational organizations.
• Workday Pro certification in one or more HCM modules (preferably Talent, Performance, Time & Attendance, or Advanced Compensation).
• Expertise in business process design, EIB data transmission, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience introducing large-scale system changes into an organization.
• Must be based in Canada.
