Senior Compensation Manager (HR/Total Rewards): Managing compensation cycles, benchmarking, and job leveling frameworks for a high-growth SaaS company with an accent on data integrity and stakeholder alignment. Focus on building compensation literacy across the organization, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing executive-ready insights for board-level decision-making.

Location: Remote (USA only). Must be authorized to work in the United States. Not eligible for employment in Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and West Virginia.

Salary: $143,030 – $201,925 USD (based on geographic tier).

What you will do

  • Manage bi-annual compensation cycles, including merit, promotions, bonuses, and equity awards.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for offer decisions, retention scenarios, and off-cycle adjustments.
  • Maintain and optimize salary bands and job leveling frameworks to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Partner with People Business Partners and managers to build compensation literacy and facilitate pay conversations.
  • Monitor compensation legislation and translate regulatory updates into policy actions.
  • Develop executive-ready materials for the Compensation Committee and board-level decision-making.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in compensation management, preferably in high-growth tech or SaaS.
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States (no immigration sponsorship).
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, advanced formulas).
  • Deep knowledge of compensation legislation, including FLSA and Fair Pay regulations.
  • Experience with Workday (Core and Advanced Compensation) and third-party vendors like Radford.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
