Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Account Executives to meet aggressive sales targets.
- Own weekly pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, and team productivity metrics.
- Develop and refine outbound sales strategies including calls, emails, and in-person outreach.
- Drive field sales initiatives and coordinate participation at industry conferences.
- Create sales enablement assets such as pitch materials, scripts, and objection handling documentation.
- Provide ongoing performance coaching and career development through regular 1:1s.
Requirements
- 6+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years managing high-velocity sales teams.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding team quotas in SMB or B2B environments.
- Must be based in or able to work in-person in NYC or DC.
- Strong experience building and improving sales processes in high-growth or startup settings.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills with a competitive mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and performance reporting.
