Location: Must be based in or able to work in-person in NYC or DC. Role is hybrid (4 days in-office, Wednesdays remote).

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Account Executives to meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Own weekly pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, and team productivity metrics.
  • Develop and refine outbound sales strategies including calls, emails, and in-person outreach.
  • Drive field sales initiatives and coordinate participation at industry conferences.
  • Create sales enablement assets such as pitch materials, scripts, and objection handling documentation.
  • Provide ongoing performance coaching and career development through regular 1:1s.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years managing high-velocity sales teams.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding team quotas in SMB or B2B environments.
  • Must be based in or able to work in-person in NYC or DC.
  • Strong experience building and improving sales processes in high-growth or startup settings.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills with a competitive mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and performance reporting.

  • Background in healthcare, fintech, or marketplace platforms.
  • Experience as a former athlete or team leader.
