Location: Remote – USA (Detroit, MI)

Salary: $136,000–$144,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Analyze industry trends and deliver insights using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot) and strong Excel-based data manipulation.
  • Manage key OEM clients as a trusted advisor, ensuring they can leverage hirify.global data to generate high-value insights.
  • Produce in-depth subject-matter analysis of changes in the U.S. automotive retail industry, including sales volume, pricing, incentives, and residual values.
  • Lead discussions with OEM users and create case studies, thought leadership articles, and presentations to communicate value to executives.
  • Support sales and business development by proactively identifying solutions and highlighting impact through effective client storytelling.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in automotive retail sales or reporting roles, consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or analytics.
  • Significant experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using BI and analytics platforms such as Palantir, Tableau, Power BI, or ThoughtSpot.
  • Experience delivering executive-level presentations and public speaking.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Automotive OEM quality organizations, manufacturing, or logistics.
  • General interest and understanding of automotive industry trends.
