What you will do

• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and patterns, then translate findings into client business insights and narratives.
• Perform quality assessments on large datasets, diagnose potential errors, and develop solutions to address them.
• Create deliverables in Excel and PowerPoint, plus deliverables using hirify.global proprietary software solutions.
• Develop and execute tasks from project plans, including collecting, organizing, tracking data inputs, and leading internal meetings.
• Build mastery of hirify.global tools and metrics to solve clients’ most pressing business questions.
• Train and mentor new associates and escalate issues to Delivery Consultants and/or Principal when needed.

Requirements

• Willing to work onsite 4 days a week at client sites in the Elizabeth, NJ area.
• Undergraduate degree (College/University Undergraduate Degree).
• Customer service experience required.
• 1–2 years of retail or CPG experience highly preferred; experience in a professional services organization and applied analytics to resolve business issues.
• Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking; ability to synthesize data and independently identify/diagnose errors.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficiency in Office suite preferred (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).

Salary: USD 58,100 - USD 69,700 (yearly)
