What you will do

• Maintain capacity reporting across all data center sites to provide real-time visibility into power, space, and connectivity.
• Design and build commercial dashboards to deliver insights into product profitability, deal economics, and portfolio performance.
• Manage customer inventory and capacity tracking processes within NetSuite to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Establish data governance standards and KPIs to ensure reliability across commercial analytics.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to develop scalable workflows and systems supporting market expansion.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, capacity planning, or a related analytics function.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP/CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience in data center, colocation, or technology infrastructure.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Visio.
