Salary: $55,200–$126,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with Agile teams to develop digital products and leading-edge applications.
• Identify business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories to create deployable features.
• Standardize documentation practices and produce comprehensive planning artifacts such as requirements packages.
• Design, implement, and maintain risk management processes and change management workflows.
• Establish structured quality assurance processes in coordination with cross-functional software testing teams.
• Guide engineers and subject matter experts to ensure the delivery of high-business-value products.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Experience producing requirements packages and standardizing documentation practices.
• Experience working with software testing teams to establish structured QA processes.
• Knowledge of designing change management workflows to improve risk assessments.
• Ability to design and maintain risk management processes.
• HS diploma or GED.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate, for workflow automation and analytics.
• Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) with deliverable management or CDRL processes.
• Knowledge of program or business management strategy, planning, and application.
• Bachelor's degree.
