Market Development Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Engage field leadership to communicate value propositions and align on business objectives.
• Conduct business reviews with retail partners to identify growth opportunities and overcome inhibitors.
• Educate and inform retail teams on products, technology, and solutions to drive channel sales.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed GMV targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support retail partner locations.
• Ensure retailer compliance with company solutions and options.

Requirements

• Must be based in Philadelphia, PA.
• 6+ years of relevant sales and/or channel management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quota and grow channel business.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Ability to build successful business plans and gain commitments from leadership.
