TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Fintech): Generating new sales opportunities for a small business payroll and HR platform with an accent on outbound prospecting and AI-driven efficiency. Focus on identifying high-potential leads, executing multi-channel outreach campaigns, and collaborating with Account Executives to build a robust pipeline.

Location: Hybrid (Denver, CO) — Must be based in or near Denver, CO (2-3 days per week in office)

Salary: $27.17 - $31.90 per hour + 20% commission

What you will do

  • Conduct 100+ cold calls daily to identify and qualify prospective buyers.
  • Execute outbound campaigns across phone, email, and social media to generate pipeline.
  • Integrate AI tools and agents into daily workflows to increase prospecting efficiency.
  • Partner with Account Executives for strategic account planning and meeting conversion.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene using Salesforce to log activities and customer insights.
  • Communicate platform value to high-level decision-makers and executives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or outbound prospecting, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or FinTech.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound prospecting and sales strategy.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and AI models like Claude.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience integrating AI into daily research, writing, and summarization workflows.
  • Ability to engage effectively with high-level executives.
