What you will do

  • Lead full sales cycles for the Smart Financial Platform, managing deals ranging from $30K to $200K+.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Develop strategic account plans for target industries, specifically asset-hirify.global multinational companies.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Collaborate with BDRs to generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of closing experience, preferably within the ERP domain.
  • Must be based in-office in London or New York.
  • Proven track record of acing pipeline and hitting revenue targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.

Nice to have

  • CPA qualification or experience within Big4, accounting, or the CFO suite.
  • Proficiency with Sales Automation tools (Amplemarket, Salesloft, Outreach) and Hubspot CRM.
  • Previous experience working at a fast-growing startup.
  • Expertise in cold calling and relationship building.
