What you will do
- Engage with inbound leads from the website, ads, referrals, and other channels.
- Qualify prospects' financial needs to determine if they are a good fit for the services.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
- Re-engage warm leads who have expressed interest but not yet booked a meeting.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce and Outreach.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to McLean, VA or New York City.
- Interest in financial services, wealth management, or related fields.
Nice to have
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
- Professional designations such as SIE, Series 7, Series 65, Series 66, or CFP.
