What you will do

• Support wet chemistry process development and demonstrations for customers in the laboratory or at international sites.
• Conduct process qualifications for equipment according to strict specifications.
• Operate and perform preventative maintenance on chemical process and metrology equipment.
• Analyze test results and present detailed reports on process development.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and fix equipment issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to research and develop solutions for testing phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree.
• Must be able to work onsite in Horsham, PA and wear clean-room attire/PPE.
• Ability to perform data analysis using Python, JMP, or MatLab.
• Comfortable working with chemicals (solvents, acids, bases) in a fume hood environment.
• Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor or clean-room fab environments.
• Knowledge of metrology equipment like SEM, AFM, or ellipsometers.
• Proficiency in machine learning, AI, and predictive optimization algorithms.
