What you will do
- Handle L2 IT support requests via Slack for remote employees across macOS and Windows environments.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and identity in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 admin center.
- Administer device enrollment, configuration, and deprovisioning using Rippling MDM.
- Provide user-level support for core SaaS platforms including Slack, Zoom, 1Password, Jira, Confluence, and Harvest.
- Document technical resolutions and contribute to the internal IT knowledge base to reduce repeat tickets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience, with at least 1 year at L2 or escalation level.
- Must be based in Colombia or Brazil.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
- Experience with MDM platforms such as Rippling, JumpCloud, Jamf, or Intune.
- English: C1 level (professional written and spoken).
- Spanish: Strong written and verbal proficiency.
Nice to have
- Exposure to endpoint security tools such as Sophos or CrowdStrike.
- Experience working in a startup, agency, or distributed tech company environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft MS-900.
