IT Support Analyst

What you will do

• Provide frontline technical support and escalate complex issues to the Senior IT Engineer and IT Manager.
• Support macOS and Windows laptops, including initial provisioning, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Administer Okta and JumpCloud for user/group management, MFA configuration, and access provisioning.
• Manage the Office 365 Suite, including Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Deploy and manage devices using Jamf, Intune, and JumpCloud.
• Configure A/V conference room platforms (Zoom Room, Microsoft Teams) and maintain network infrastructure.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of IT support experience in a business environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with macOS and Windows 10/11 laptops.
• Experience with modern cloud MDM platforms (Okta, Jamf, Intune).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Slack, and Notion.
• Ability to work onsite up to 4 days per week in San Francisco.
• Experience with IAM tasks and supporting a hybrid workforce.
