TL;DR

IT Service Specialist (IT Support): Providing enterprise-class technical support and system administration for a global remote workforce with an accent on hardware/software troubleshooting and compliance monitoring. Focus on automating support workflows using AI-assisted tools and optimizing user onboarding processes.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Argentina or Mexico). Working hours: US West coast time zone.

What you will do

  • Provide proactive and ad-hoc support for Mac, Windows, and Linux hardware and applications.
  • Manage onboarding for new employees, ensuring all assets and accounts are ready for Day 1.
  • Administer user access and role settings across various services in compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to empower users to self-resolve issues.
  • Implement AI-enabled solutions and automation to reduce manual support tasks and improve triage.
  • Collaborate with security stakeholders to evaluate and apply responsible AI use cases.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Proficiency in systems administration, networking, and Windows/Mac OS.
  • Must be based in Argentina or Mexico.
  • Ability to work in the US West coast time zone.
  • English: Advanced (C1) level required.
  • Proven ability to provide remote support via chat, phone, and video.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MDM, Office365, Google Workspace, or the Jira/Atlassian suite.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple, ITIL, or KCS.
  • Coding or scripting experience.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and workflow tools.
