What you will do
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware and software issues to help colleagues work smoothly.
- Manage device setup for new joiners and maintain the IT inventory.
- Administer Google Workspace and password management tools to ensure company security.
- Optimize meeting rooms with Google-friendly collaboration tools to support hybrid working.
- Coordinate office IT projects, including cabling and hardware installations.
- Automate onboarding, off-boarding, and access management processes.
Requirements
- Experience working with Windows, macOS, or Linux.
- Willingness to learn or experience with device management tools like Kandji.
- Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude towards colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Comfortable with hands-on physical IT tasks and office installations.
- Curiosity about scripting, automation, and finding smarter ways of working.

- Experience setting up personal networks, home labs, or WiFi systems.
