What you will do
- Build and run the partnerships pipeline for new product lines, from initial outreach through signed agreements and onboarding.
- Lead independent conversations with insurance carriers and partners to qualify fit and structure value propositions.
- Design creative and non-standard deal structures to unlock strategic relationships.
- Own partner success post-close, ensuring partners ramp and maintain long-term engagement.
- Contribute to vertical strategy by providing ground-level insights on partner requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience building "0-to-1" by launching new partnership categories or BD functions.
- Ability to navigate large partner organizations and engage senior external stakeholders independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Must be based in the United States
