Head of Global Partnerships (Fintech): Architecting and scaling hirify.global’ partner ecosystem across North America, Latin America, and EMEA with an accent on broker-driven channels, referral-based partnerships, and technology platforms. Focus on pioneering new distribution models, building a world-class partner portfolio, and ensuring successful execution at every stage of the partnership lifecycle.

Location: Based out of Mexico City, Mexico, with a full-time hybrid position requiring office presence in Roma Norte.

What you will do

  • Define and scale the global partnerships strategy, focusing on North America, Latin America, and EMEA.
  • Strengthen and optimize existing broker channels, creating scalable playbooks for replication.
  • Build new categories of partnerships, including technology integrations, embedded finance, and venture ecosystems, to create high-value revenue streams.
  • Drive the entire partnership cycle from sourcing and negotiation to onboarding and performance management.
  • Act as an internal champion for partner-led innovation, collaborating across various departments.
  • Establish metrics, incentives, processes, and playbooks to scale partnerships globally.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership within fintech, SaaS, payments, or financial services; international experience required, with exposure to North America, Latin America, and/or EMEA.
  • Proven track record of designing and scaling partner ecosystems across multiple regions.
  • Exceptional deal-making, negotiation, and execution skills.
  • Ability to navigate diverse partner ecosystems across different geographies; familiarity with Brazil and LatAm markets is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese required and Spanish strongly preferred; additional languages advantageous.
  • Ability to balance global strategy-setting with hands-on execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing international teams.
