What you will do

• Identify and nurture new ambassadors and partners for the Nomad Insurance Complete program.
• Conduct genuine outbound partnership sourcing to build new ambassador relationships.
• Lead 1:1 calls to pitch, onboard, and negotiate sponsorship terms.
• Support ambassadors through early activation to ensure successful product promotion.
• Manage ambassador partnerships, including budgets, timelines, and campaign execution.
• Monitor performance metrics across outreach efforts and portfolios to iterate on growth strategies.

Requirements

• Experience building or managing partnerships, affiliate, or ambassador programs.
• Hands-on experience with ambassador, affiliate, or influencer-led growth.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of influencer marketing, blogging, and SEO.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a problem-solving, "go-getter" attitude.
