Location: Hybrid in New York, United States (Office attendance required at least three days per week)
Salary: $196,000 - $240,000 annually + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Own and evolve the end-to-end partnership strategy for PSPs, issuing banks, and financial institutions.
- Identify, evaluate, and close complex multi-million-dollar deals with global payment providers and card networks.
- Collaborate with Product and R&D to translate partner feedback and market intelligence into actionable product requirements.
- Drive net-new revenue and maintain a disciplined BD plan with clear pipeline and bookings targets.
- Act as an internal subject-matter expert on the payments landscape, briefing GTM leadership on emerging trends.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the Business Development team in deal structuring and domain expertise.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, BD, or enterprise sales within payments or financial services.
- Proven track record of structuring and closing multi-million-dollar deals with PSPs, banks, or card networks.
- Deep knowledge of 3DS/Trusted Authentication, fraud prevention, and the broader payments ecosystem.
- Executive presence with the ability to build trust and navigate C-suite level relationships.
- Must be based in or near New York to comply with the hybrid work model (3+ days per week in office).
- Ability to travel 20–30% of the time, including international travel.
Nice to have
- Direct experience partnering with global PSPs such as Mastercard, Stripe, Adyen, or Worldpay.
- Background in open banking, issuer development, or identity solutions.
- Established senior relationships across the global PSP and issuing bank ecosystem.
- Experience with public speaking at industry events like Money20/20 or Sibos.
