Business Development Associate (Fintech)

Salary: $66,000 - $105,000 OTE

What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and develop new partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to strategize creative outbound outreach campaigns.
• Manage the initial stages of the sales pipeline via cold outreach across phone, email, and social channels.
• Engage and educate potential partners on Affirm's value proposition and business challenges.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Merchant Risk teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1 year of prior BDA experience in an outbound sales role prospecting cold leads.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a quota-carrying role.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong passion for E-commerce and changing consumer banking.
