TL;DR

Partnerships Lead (Fintech): Driving the growth of channel programs and strategic partnerships with accounting and tax advisory firms with an accent on relationship management, partner enablement, and commercial conversion. Focus on scaling referral lifecycles, building champions within enterprise firms, and leveraging AI-forward tools to optimize pipeline and revenue delivery.

Location: Must be based in the US or Canada (Remote-first with optional offices in DC and NYC).

Compensation: $165,000–$200,000 base salary + $10,000–$40,000 bonus.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with enterprise accounting and tax advisory partners.
  • Refine enablement strategies and cultivate champions within partner firms to drive referral flow.
  • Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to systematize referral lifecycles and conversion metrics.
  • Scale partnerships with mid-market and regional firms by shaping new referral and co-sell structures.
  • Maintain partner records and pipeline health in HubSpot, utilizing AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Represent the company at partner briefings, conferences, and roadshows with approximately 25% travel.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
  • 5–6 years of experience in partnerships, transaction advisory, or structured finance.
  • Genuine tax fluency with the ability to discuss deal structures and client advice with tax partners.
  • Deep understanding of professional services firm operations, including BD, compliance, and billing constraints.
  • Proven track record of driving material commercial outcomes and managing enterprise-level relationships.
  • Builder’s mindset with experience owning workstreams and refining playbooks in high-growth environments.
