What you will do

• Manage squad performance, set goals, and track progress while providing direct mentorship.
• Translate AI demands into scalable technical architectures.
• Partner with the Product team to define, prioritize, and execute the technical roadmap.
• Ensure the engineering team provides tools and tracking for usability, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Support high-level technical decisions and architectural guidance.
• Optimize development processes and generate exemplary technical documentation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience leading direct reports in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong delivery-oriented mindset with experience supporting stakeholders.
• Ability to act at a high technical level, focusing on system design and problem-solving.
• Bias for action and ability to anticipate future architectural requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in startup environments.
• Familiarity with Python, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, and AI APIs.
