What you will do

• Own the intelligence platform supporting 1+ petabyte of data, including batch and real-time API requirements.
• Develop next-generation foundational AI architecture for blockchain intelligence infrastructure.
• Lead and hire for two synergistic sub-teams covering data infrastructure and product-facing delivery.
• Set technical direction and make architectural bets on tooling and platform investments.
• Build platforms that accelerate the Data Science team's ability to test and deliver products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on data/engineering experience.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proven track record of owning production systems at scale (customer-facing data products or APIs).
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with BigQuery, Airflow, and data lake architecture.
• Must be based in North America or South America.
