What you will do

• Provide frontline IT support for users and C-level individuals at assigned sites.
• Assist with conference room meeting support and audiovisual setups.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Document technical issues and resolutions while producing status reports.
• Manage user roles, access permissions, and administrative support for IT systems.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure seamless system operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Raritan, NJ.
• 3-5 years of IT onsite support experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or life science industries.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and iOS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems based on established guidelines.
• Strong quality and customer service mindset.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or A+.
• Knowledge of system and network administration and cloud-based applications.
• Experience with Office 365, Excel macros, and Linux or Windows Shell scripting.
