Location: Must be based in New York, NY. The role is on-site 4 days per week with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

What you will do
- Respond to 1st and 2nd line support requests via the IT helpdesk.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hardware and software environments.
- Configure and set up desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Maintain office technology, including conference room A/V and desk equipment.
- Manage IT asset inventory and stock levels.
- Provide basic remote support for home-based colleagues.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York, NY and able to work on-site 4 days per week.
- Background in 1st line support within Microsoft, Apple, or Google environments.
- Experience in Windows or MacOS administration.
- Knowledge of MDM platforms like InTune or Kandji.
- Experience with IT helpdesk ticketing systems such as Freshservice.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple office locations.
Nice to have
- Experience troubleshooting conference room A/V issues.
- Experience troubleshooting common office WiFi issues.
