What you will do

• Lead and scale the operational infrastructure supporting the card business, driving performance and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for Fiserv and other card processing partners.
• Drive operational workstreams for product launches, portfolio migrations, and network expansion initiatives.
• Manage strategic relationships with card networks, fulfillment providers, and operational partners to ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for day-to-day card servicing and operational support.
• Own the Card Operations budget and P&L while partnering with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure regulatory adherence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in card operations, payments, fintech, or consumer lending.
• Deep expertise with Fiserv/First Data platforms, specifically Optis and related operational systems.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale card operations and managing complex vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of card issuing, transaction processing, disputes, fraud operations, and collections.
• Ability to partner effectively across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience working on both the issuer side and within a major processor organization.
• Direct experience with Visa and Mastercard operational and compliance functions.
• Background in high-growth, consumer-focused fintech environments.
• Advanced degree.
