What you will do

• Oversee payment operations, including the resolution of discrepancies, recovery transactions, and payoff-related adjustments.
• Supervise the intake and reconciliation of inbound payments and ensure remote deposit activity is balanced daily.
• Lead and coach a team of Servicing Specialists, providing performance management and professional development.
• Maintain exhaustive records using Google Workspace and ensure strict adherence to document retention schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of communication for off-site payment vendors and internal departments.
• Monitor metric dashboards and settlement reports to identify trends and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Prior high-level experience in a financial services environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a deadline-driven environment.
• Background in accounting functions, phone systems, and work with titles and lien releases.
• Mastery of Google Workspace, specifically Sheets and Drive.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages for mail intake purposes.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime, including business holidays.
