TL;DR

Fraud Risk Manager (Fintech): Developing and executing the fraud risk strategy for the hirify.global Pay Card Program with an accent on optimizing authorization rates and minimizing fraud. Focus on leading card operations, implementing risk policies, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to build robust fraud prevention systems.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Zurich. Relocation support is available for this role.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the overall fraud risk strategy for the hirify.global Pay Card Program.
  • Lead and coordinate all fraud prevention and operations activities.
  • Define and monitor risk policies, metrics, and authorization approval rates.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement advanced fraud prevention tools.
  • Provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders and partners.
  • Lead and mentor a team of card operations specialists.

Requirements

  • Must be based within commuting distance of Zurich or willing to relocate.
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus).
  • Expertise in fraud prevention policies and systems for corporate credit/debit cards.
  • Technical knowledge of 3D Secure, Transaction Risk Analysis, and Rule Engines.
  • Experience working with partner banks and regulators on reporting requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and balancing operational targets with client experience.
