What you will do

• Lead debit card operations and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with key vendors, including card processors, printers, and BIN sponsors.
• Oversee the debit card supply chain to ensure timely card issuance to members.
• Administer card processing platforms and troubleshoot systemic issues across the organization.
• Develop, implement, and manage fraud rules and strategies to mitigate financial losses.
• Collaborate with Product teams on the design and implementation of new payment initiatives and pilots.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in payment operations or debit card management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in Fiserv systems (Mainframe, Service Center, Web Portal).
• Deep understanding of PCI DSS, KYC, and AML regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or specific fraud analysis platforms.
• Experience in project management and rigorous change management compliance.
