What you will do

• Interview, train, evaluate, and motivate operations staff to maintain high performance.
• Manage the operations pipeline to ensure accurate and timely loan processing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements and internal policies.
• Resolve escalated member service and loan-related issues.
• Direct the development and implementation of training curricula for operations staff.
• Collaborate with management to set and monitor effective performance goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage-banking, including underwriting, closing, or post-closing leadership.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
• Thorough knowledge of First, Conventional, FHA, VA, and Second loan originations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of agency (FNMA & FHLMC) guidelines and procedures.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service.

Nice to have

• Active FHA DE & VA LAPP designation.
• Bachelor degree.
