What you will do

• Lead municipal projects including water, wastewater, storm, and street improvements from planning to implementation.
• Manage client relationships, monitor satisfaction, and identify new business development opportunities.
• Assist clients with capital improvement planning, funding procurement, and regulatory agency coordination.
• Oversee design tasks, ensure project delivery on time and within budget, and coordinate QA/QC reviews.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical design staff.
• Communicate complex engineering concepts to diverse audiences including elected officials and the public.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License (Ohio) required.
• Proven project management experience in municipal engineering services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking.
• Familiarity with federal and state funding agencies and programs.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, matrixed team environment.
