What you will do
- Lead business development, including marketing strategy, prospect identification, and proposal preparation.
- Manage the delivery of multi-million-dollar water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Oversee engineering managers and establish project performance goals.
- Interact with clients and community activities to promote the company's market footprint.
- Mentor and coach staff for performance improvement and professional growth.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in business development and project management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline.
- Professional Engineering License.
- Proven technical understanding of Water and Wastewater markets.
- Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding (background check, drug screen).
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
