What you will do

• Manage project processes including submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and change management.
• Conduct constructability reviews and assist with cost estimating during preconstruction.
• Negotiate change orders and ensure compliance with contract requirements and baseline schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams to develop and implement solutions for field issues.
• Maintain accurate progress reports, performance documentation, and claims records.
• Support business development by assisting with RFP responses and client presentations.

Requirements

• B.S. or higher degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• PE Licensure and/or CCM certification required.
• 5-8+ years of experience in inspection, claims file preparation, and documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
