Project Manager (EV Charging)

What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-contract and execution to operational deployment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing schedules and cost forecasts.
• Select and manage engineering consultants and installation contractors.
• Coordinate with utilities for service upgrades and interconnection scopes of work.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success, Energy, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Ensure full compliance with all project and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience, or 4+ years of total professional experience.
• 2+ years of direct project management experience, preferably in electrical or civil engineering.
• Must be based in Boston, MA (Hybrid workplace).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel 25%-30% as required by projects.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically with EV charging infrastructure.
• Experience with renewable energy projects such as V2G, BESS, solar, storage, or microgrids.
