Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 base (OTE $190,000 – $250,000)

What you will do

• Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings to introduce products.
• Attend industry conferences to network and close sales leads.
• Execute product demonstrations to convert prospects into customers.
• Build and qualify a target prospect list of healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop pitches and acquisition strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer data within the CRM.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record in cold calling and lead conversion.
• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
