What you will do

• Run recurring customer sessions to surface ground-level realities and align system design with business needs.
• Build interfaces, automations, data models, and integrations to translate solution visions into working systems.
• Proactively identify design issues and provide solutions based on user feedback.
• Utilize AI across all phases of delivery to build efficiently and maximize customer-facing time.
• Perform QA on systems based on actual user behavior and create reusable build patterns.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation role.
• Hands-on technical depth in building complex systems with forms, automations, and data models.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs.
• Proven ability to master complex platforms quickly and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Proficiency in using AI tools across the entire delivery lifecycle.
