What you will do

• Support 2-4 Agile Development teams by facilitating meetings and ensuring engagement.
• Oversee and coach teams on agile processes to ensure consistent delivery.
• Remove impediments and drive team resolutions to maintain project momentum.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and resource plans.
• Report on team KPIs and interface with product leadership regarding roadmap progress.
• Recommend and oversee process improvements to enhance business impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in Jacksonville, FL or able to work onsite.
• Employer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in a related technology role.
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and diplomacy skills.

Nice to have

• CSM or PSM 1 Certification.
• Experience in business analysis or product engineering.
• Experience leading business processes within a SaaS model.
• Familiarity with NetSuite.
