Salary: $160,000–$250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer deployments from post-sale through go-live.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate on architecture, data models, and implementation workflows.
• Translate complex client needs into actionable engineering priorities.
• Partner with sales and engineering teams to drive successful deployments and account expansion.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, deployment, solutions, or technical client-facing roles.
• Strong technical foundation, ideally with a CS or engineering background.
• Exceptional communication skills and professional client presence.
• High agency, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
