Salary: $125,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Drive predictable delivery across multiple engineering teams, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution.
- Establish and track flow and delivery-health metrics, including DORA-style measures, to shift focus from output to outcomes.
- Identify and remove systemic impediments and technical blockers, coaching teams toward autonomous resolution.
- Model and sequence cross-team dependencies to prevent delivery stalls and accelerate customer value.
- Design and adapt continuous-delivery practices, championing small-batch delivery and fast feedback loops.
- Mentor and develop other Delivery Managers while supporting the hiring and assessment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4–6 years in delivery leadership or Scrum Master roles.
- At least 2 years of experience managing program-level delivery or multiple interdependent teams.
- Expert knowledge of modern continuous-delivery practices and strong systems thinking for dependency modeling.
- Proficiency with ALM tooling, specifically Azure DevOps, for building dashboards and visibility.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Program-level delivery certifications.
- Proven track record using DORA and flow metrics (lead time, deployment frequency, change failure rate).
- Experience delivering enterprise SaaS within legal tech or other security-sensitive regulated domains.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise-scale integrations.
