Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Salary: $113,000–$122,500

What you will do

  • Build and manage relationships with major mobile app SDK providers and developers.
  • Drive adoption of the hirify.global SDK across the publisher portfolio.
  • Monitor partner business results and provide strategic recommendations to increase monetization.
  • Consult on inventory strategies, marketplace trends, and private sales channel development.
  • Act as a liaison between publishers and internal product/technical teams to influence mobile strategy.
  • Track initiatives to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in adtech, consulting, or technical roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in mobile app monetization, including SDK integration and privacy regulations (SKAdNetwork/ATT).
  • Deep technical understanding of SDK mediation adapters and mobile app IAB standards.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and data analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training.
